Alex and Van celebrated their love for one another under dazzling lights at this Old Edwards wedding on the perfect December day. Their down-to-earth and sweet-natured personalities were reflected in their wedding design through elegant Southern simplicity. The intimate and charming setup at Old Edwards Inn transformed Alex and Van’s perfect wedding dream into a reality.

The natural beauty at Old Edwards never disappoints

Magnolia leaves and white roses highlighted the natural beauty of the Orchard House in the Highlands, NC mountains. And the bridal party boasted classic black and white attire to feature the understated soiree – completing the elegance and clean look of this winter Old Edwards wedding. From the classic stationery suite to the bride’s graceful gown, delicate details were woven throughout every aspect of their wedding.

Don’t forget about the sweetest ring bearer, their adorable pup – Murphy! Before the ceremony, Alex and Van shared an intimate “first touch” in front of the Bridal Pavilion. And this left Van in tears as he saw Alex walk down the aisle for the first time. They ended their magical winter wedding under the dreamy lighting of the Pavilion at the Farm at Old Edwards Inn, dancing the night away with their dearest friends and family.

Amongst all the details of their wedding, this couple opted to highlight that their love for one another is simple. The best inspiration for your wedding comes from you – your story, your quirks, and your love as a couple!
